How do I schedule a Party?

To schedule a Party or Special Event, also known as a Ridemakerz BASH®, please call our Service Crew at 866-58-Ridez (74339) or visit a Ridemakerz Shop. We encourage hosts to get in gear early as weekend reservations often fill up in advance.

Before you book it is helpful to know:

  • » Desired date and time, plus an alternative
  • » Number of guests
  • » Guest of Honor's name (and age if celebrating a birthday)
  • » Contact name, email address, and telephone number
How many people are required to book an event at a Ridemakerz Shop?

To make a group reservation and take advantage of our special Party packages, we request a minimum of 5 guests building Ridez; there is no maximum.

What is the age limit?

While there are no age requirements to participate in a Ridemakerz Party or Special Event, many of our products are age graded at 4 years of age and up. Ask a Crew Member for more details.

How much does an event at Ridemakerz cost?

There are no additional fees to host an event at a Ridemakerz Shop, party packages begin at $29.99 per guest. Add-on options are available, including our R/C bundle which allows each guest to make their Ride radio controlled. Your Party of 5 or more can save up to $32 per guest with our special bundle pricing!

When you schedule a Party or Special Event with Ridemakerz a deposit of $50 will be required. The deposit is applied to the total on the day of your event. In the instance you need to cancel, deposits are fully refundable or the may be applied to a later date.

What is included in a Ridemakerz Party or Special Event?

Your group will get to chooze and customize their very own, one-of-a-kind Ride and everyone will cruize home with a cruize case and key for their Ridez!

The following are also included with every Party:

How long should I plan for a Party or Special Event?

Event times vary however, groups of 10 guests or less, should plan to be in the Shop for an hour to an hour and a half. Groups of 10 or more should anticipate between an hour and a half to two hours. Please note, these times are only an estimate and your group is welcome to stay in the Shop as long as you'd like.

When can I schedule a Ridemakerz Party?

We host events Monday thru Sunday in each of our Shops. Due to the number of guests cruzin' in and out at different times, please speak to a Crew Member for hours and availability for your desired location.

How far in advance should I book my event?

You may book your Party or Special Event, also known as a Ridemakerz BASH®, as far in advance as you'd like. Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis so contact us early to secure your preferred date and time.

Is there a deposit required? How much? Is it refundable?

There is a $50.00 refundable deposit required to schedule a reservation. This deposit will be applied to your total the day of your event. If you must cancel your reservation we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the event, in which case, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a later date should you choose.

Where does an event at a Ridemakerz Shop take place?

Our events take place on the Shop floor so guests have a full selection to trick-out their Ridez; private party rooms are not available. guests will assemble their Ridez together in a build station that is reserved for your group, complete with a "pit challenge" for those that chooze to participate.

Should adults attend a child's Party?

An adult must be present at every Party. We also request that one parent be present for each child 3 years of age and younger. While welcome to join, it is not required that all parents of guests above the age of 3 to be in attendance during a Party.

Will we be able to have refreshments at our event?

Please do not bring your own fuel into the Shop as we are not licensed to serve food and beverages. If you have a cake or cupcakes that do not require refrigeration, we would be more than happy to hold these for you.

Do you offer any discounts?

Our Party packages are specially priced to offer discounts to groups of 5 or more that have made a reservation for an event in our Shop. Due to the reduced pricing of these packages, additional discounts are not applicable.
