Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are processed the following business day and will be delivered according to the shipping method chosen.


USPS Ground

Orders that are shipped USPS Ground should arrive at your doorstep within 7 to 10 business days and have minimal tracking information available. Only orders $10 or less can be shipped via this method.  

  

FedEx Ground

Orders that are shipped FedEx Ground should arrive at your doorstep within 7 to 10 business days.
*FedEx Ground is not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, FPO, and FPO/APO addresses.

 
FedEx 2-Day

All orders placed will be processed and shipped the following business day and received 2 business days after ship date. Delivery is Monday through Friday.

*2-Day is not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, FPO, and FPO/APO addresses.

 
FedEx Next Day

All orders placed will be processed and shipped on the following business day and received 1 business day after ship date. Delivery is Monday through Friday.

*Next Day is not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, FPO, and FPO/APO addresses.

 
International Deliveries

International deliveries may be made to any location outside of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Mexico, Uganda, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria at this time due to complex custom regulations and high dollar duty charges. Orders are shipped via US Priority Global and takes 11-22 days to reach its destination. Shipping fees do not include duties and other custom charges. Please include the postal code in the international address so your order may be processed quickly.


Multiple Shipping Addresses

A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.


P.O. Boxes

Orders that are shipped to a P.O. box, FPO, and FPO/APO addresses will be sent via USPS Ground and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Minimal tracking information is available when shipping USPS.

Gift Cards

A $2 handeling fee will be applied to each gift card purchase.


Returns
