THROW A BASH
To schedule a BASH visit the SHOP or call our Service Crew at 866.58.RIDEZ (74339). Get in gear early as weekend reservations often fill up in advance.
Before you book it is helpful to know:
• Desired date and time, plus an alternative
• Number of Customizers
• Customizer’s name (and age if celebrating a birthday)
• Amount you’d like to spend per Customizer
• Contact name, address, and phone number
We require a minimum of 6, there is no maximum!
There is no limit when it comes to our BASHEZ.
There are no additional fees to host a BASH at one of our RIDEMAKERZ SHOPZ! The price is determined by the BASH organizer and what they would like to spend per Customizer. Our stock freewheel (non-radio controlled) RIDEZ range in price from $18-$38. * Radio-controlled chassiz, accessories, and custom options additional.*
When you schedule a BASH, we do require a deposit to reserve a date. The deposit is applied to the cost of your party on the day of your visit. In the instance you need to cancel, BASH deposits are fully refundable or the deposit may be applied to another date if you choose.

*Please remember our radio-controlled chassiz and custom options can be added at any time. If these items are not included in the budget the day of the BASH, Customizers can return to the SHOP or visit us online to continue tricking out their RIDEZ!

The Customizer of Honor and Crew will get to chooze and customize their very own, one-of-a-kind RIDE and everyone will cruize home with a Cruize Case and key for their RIDE!
The following are also included with every BASH:
• The Customizer of Honor will roll out with an additional, select RIDE body signed by all the
Customizers.
• Everyone in attendance will receive a BASH favor.
• Group photo of all the Customizers and their RIDEZ.
BASHES for groups under 10 customizers typically range from an hour to an hour and a half and groups of 15+ should anticipate between an hour and a half and two. This is only an estimate as the length of the BASH will depend on the number of Customizers and the activity in the SHOP at the time of your visit. You are welcome to stay in the SHOP as long as you’d like.
We hold BASHES Monday thru Sunday in each of our SHOPZ. Due to the number of Customizers cruzin’ in and out at different times, please call us directly for BASH hours and availability for your desired location.
There is no specific time, you may book your BASH as far in advance as you’d like. Weekend reservations often fill up fast so contact us early to make your reservation.
There is a $50.00 refundable deposit required to reserve your BASH. This deposit will be applied to your total the day of the BASH. BASHES may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation in which case, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to another date if you choose.
We do not have a party room; our BASHES take place on the SHOP floor so Customizers have a full selection to trick out their RIDEZ. Your BASH group will assemble their RIDEZ together in our pit area, complete with a “pit challenge” for those that choose to participate.
An adult must be present at every BASH. We also request that a parent be present for every child 3 years of age and younger. It is not necessary for all parents of Customizers above the age of 6 to be in attendance during the BASH.
Please do not bring your own fuel into the SHOP as we are not licensed to serve food and beverages. If you have a cake or cupcakes that do not require refrigeration, we would be more than happy to hold these for you.
Please speak to our Service Crew or the SHOP about our select food partners at each location for ideas on where to continue your celebration after leaving the SHOP.
Because there are no additional fees to hold a BASH in our SHOP, we do not offer any discounts for BASHES. With the exception of BASH promotions and/or BASH specific coupons, there are no additional discounts offered.
